Edgewood Gun Club offers five regulation trap fields with state-of-the-art automatic target throwers, providing an excellent shooting experience for beginners and experienced shooters alike.
Our trap shooting facilities are equipped with voice-activated target release systems, comfortable shooting stations, and covered areas to protect from the elements, ensuring a consistent shooting experience year-round.

Frequently Asked Questions
What should I bring for my first visit?
For your first visit, we recommend bringing ear and eye protection (we have rentals available if needed), comfortable clothing appropriate for the weather, and a hat with a brim to shield your eyes from the sun. If you have your own shotgun, bring it along, but we also have rentals available.
What gauge shotgun is recommended for trap?
Most trap shooters use 12-gauge shotguns, but 20-gauge is also popular, especially for younger shooters or those sensitive to recoil. Our pro shop staff can help you choose the right firearm for your needs.
Do you offer equipment rentals?
Yes, we offer shotgun rentals, as well as ear and eye protection. All rental equipment is well-maintained and sanitized between uses.
Do you have trap shooting leagues or competitions?
Yes, we run seasonal leagues and host monthly competitions for shooters of all skill levels. Check our Events page for the current schedule or ask at the front desk for information about joining our next league.
